Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Objections were heard. Senator Taylor called the Senate. President Halford stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 178(JUD) am(efd fld)?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 178(FIN)(EFD FLD H)(CRT RULE FLD H) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 178(JUD) AM(EFD FLD)? YEAS: 11 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Salo, Zharoff Excused: Donley 1994-04-21 Senate Journal Page 3836 SB 178 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 178(FIN)(efd fld H)(crt rule fld H) "An Act relating to civil nuisance actions." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 178(FIN)(efd fld H)(crt rule fld H) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
